The Problems of Resource Sharing

It recently came to our attention that Healing Together resources and access to the online portal has been shared by some facilitators. Here we discuss the issues with this and the potential consequences.

Our accredited facilitators are the cornerstone of the Healing Together programme, embodying our commitment to providing top-notch care and support to children in need. Through a meticulous two-day core training programme and tailored self-directed learning modules, our facilitators are equipped with the essential knowledge and skills required to effectively deliver the programme. This combined training guarantees that children participating in Healing Together sessions receive nothing short of the best quality care and support during Healing Together sessions.

Facilitators play a crucial role in upholding the standards and effectiveness of the Healing Together programme. It is imperative that they have the proper training and background to handle sensitive materials and provide the best care for the children involved. By strictly adhering to the guidelines set forth in the Terms and Conditions - which prohibits resource sharing as it is an unsafe and unethical practice - facilitators ensure that the resources are utilized appropriately and responsibly. Failure to comply with the Terms and Conditions can ultimately result in access to the resources and accreditation being revoked,

While we value the importance of having downloadable resources for offline use, it is essential to ensure that these resources are used exclusively within the Healing Together framework and in alignment with the trauma-informed training our facilitators have completed. This ensures that the resources are utilized in a way that upholds the integrity and mission of the program, ultimately leading to a positive impact on the children we support. By following these guidelines, facilitators not only uphold the program's high standards but also showcase their dedication to offering the best care and support to those in need.
