Success Story: Healing Together Reaccreditation

Written by Jess Harris | Jun 26, 2024 1:12:07 PM

Because impact matters to us and is at the heart of everything we do, we invited Healing Together facilitators that had trained with us the past but were no longer to update their knowledge and begin actively delivering the Healing Together programme again to benefit children, young people and their parents & carers.

We're proud to support our facilitators - both individuals and organisations - by ensuring that budgetary constraints do not impede their ability to access and deliver Healing Together. That's why we extended an invitation to our past trained facilitators to reaccredit at no cost during this initial opportunity, and why we are committed to offering facilitators the chance to renew their accreditation without any financial burden. Our facilitators are then able to carry on with their valuable work without any financial strain, ultimately bolstering our community and amplifying the positive impact on those we aim to serve.

Upon successfully reapplying for accreditation, facilitators regained access to our online portal and were encouraged to complete their selected self-directed learning module within a 30-day timeframe. Once they completed their chosen module, they regained full access to the portal and all its resources, officially becoming accredited Healing Together facilitators once again.

Refreshing knowledge through this process is just one of the ways we ensure our Healing Together facilitators receive quality training, directly impacting the program's effectiveness in supporting children, young people, and families. By investing in our facilitators' growth, we maintain high standards and deliver impactful courses that make a real difference. Their dedication and passion drive continuous enhancement of skills to better support those in need.

We've had a fantastic response to our offer to reaccredit and the enthusiasm and positive feedback we have received from our previous training facilitators who have chosen to reaccredit with us has been truly heart-warming. It is a testament to the value they see in the Healing Together programme and the impact it has on the lives of children, young people, and their families. We are grateful for their dedication and commitment to making a difference, and we are excited to have them back in the Healing Together community, ready to continue their important work.
